Known as xalwo in Somali, halwa is a rich, sweet treat enjoyed with tea (shaah), shared with visitors and served at celebrations. At Furqan Sweets, it is at the heart of our London shop alongside traditional biscuits and snacks.

Yes. Our 15kg base bucket is £140.00 and serves approximately 140–160 people. Extra kilos are £9.00 each. Call to confirm the date, flavours and availability.

How do I place an order?

Orders are currently arranged by phone. Browse the sweets or customise a bulk bucket, then call us to confirm your order, collection or other arrangements.

What about allergies or dietary requirements?

Please speak to the shop before ordering if you have allergies or dietary requirements. Sesame and peanut options are available, and a plain flavour does not mean that a product is free from allergens.
